4. Course Enrollment & Account Responsibility
When you register for The Decorum Class or any of our programs, you agree to:

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course. Sharing, transferring, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.

Any claim, dispute, or cause of action relating to your use of our services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the issue arose.
Claims are limited strictly to direct damages actually incurred by you and shall not include indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, opportunities, or expectations).
In no event shall Shift Creative Company’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
After the one-year period, all claims shall be permanently barred.

22. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally through good-faith negotiations.
If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation under the rules of a recognized arbitration body within Nigeria, before either party may pursue litigation.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against Shift Creative Company.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall fall under Nigerian jurisdiction.

Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms. Any ambiguity will not be construed against Shift Creative Company as the drafting party.

By using our services, you consent to receive notices and communications electronically (including by email). You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Notices will be deemed received when sent to the most recent email address provided by you.
